Prof. Radenka Krsmanović Whiffen participates in the ReMO COST Action CA19117
In June 2021, Prof. Radenka Krsmanović Whiffen was appointed as the National Representative for Montenegro to the ReMO COST Action Organizing Committee, taking part in this ongoing initiative investigating researcher mental health and well-being in the European Research Area, which brings together partners and stakeholders from over thirty countries.
Since July 2021, Prof. Krsmanović Whiffen has been a member of the Core Group of ReMO, holding the position of Virtual Network Support Manager.
As part of the research and networking activities of the action, Prof. Krsmanović Whiffen will undertake a Short-Term Scientific Mission to Koper, Slovenia in August 2021 in order to visit and engage with the InnoRenew Centre of Excellence for Sustainable and Renewable Building Materials, who are also ReMO participants.
Representing both UDG and the FoodHub Centre of Excellence, Prof. Krsmanović Whiffen will discuss the issues of researcher mental health and wellbeing in partnership with Dr Ana Slavec, the ReMO representative for Slovenia, seeking to explore the exchange of knowledge and best practice in this emerging and important area of investigation. The visit will also provide an opportunity for high level discussions with other interested stakeholders on a range of potential areas for collaboration and lead to further mutually beneficial links and joint projects between FoodHub UDG and InnoRenew.
