Research Visit to the University of Belgrade, Institute for Medical Research
From December 9 to 26, Amil Orahovac, a researcher at UDG’s FoodHub, participated in the Western Balkans Mobility Scheme - A POLICY ANSWERS Pilot Programme. He collaborated with the Center of Excellence for Nutrition and Metabolism, Nutrition and Metabolism Group at the University of Belgrade, Institute for Medical Research.
The focus of this visit was the NUTRIBAL project, which analyzes dietary patterns in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Serbia using the EFSA EU Menu survey. This work contributes to public health strategies and nutritional guidelines in the region.
