Successfully organized event "National Engagement Event on the EU Soil Mission in Montenegro"
The Centre of Excellence (FoodHub) as a co-organizer of the event, in cooperation with the Institute BioSense, successfully organized the hybrid event "National Engagement in the EU Land Mission: Montenegro". The event was organized as part of the NATI00NS project, on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the Vision Hall at the University of Donja Gorica.
In the introductory part of the event, after the opening speech of the representative of the Center of Excellence (FoodHub), colleague Andrea Milačić, MSc, and the dean of the Faculty of Food Technology, Food Safety and Ecology and director of the Center of Excellence (FoodHub) Prof. Aleksandra Martinovic, the lecture was given by the representative of the Biosens Institute, Prof. Jasna Mastilovic.
The next part of the event was organized in the form of a panel session where the following spoke: Dubravka Radulovic Boskovic (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Montenegro), Prof. Dijana Đurović (Institute for Public Health of Montenegro, i.e. Center for Hygiene and Health Ecology), Ivana Vojinovic, MSc (Center for Climate Change, Natural Resources and Energy) and Zeljko Vidakovic, B.Sc. Eng. in front of the company Ekoplant.
Through the interactive part of the event, i.e. discussion, the most important issues, i.e. soil health problems in Montenegro, and planned further activities in this field were discussed.
