The first workshop within the FoodDecide project

On 15.06. starting at 2 pm, the first, joint workshop within the Digital Technologies for Food Safety Decision Support (FoodDecide) project was held.
The workshop was attended by representatives of the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR), representatives of the Kühne Logistics University (KLU) and representatives of the Center of Excellence (FoodHub).
The aim of this workshop was to define the first steps in the process of collecting data from the food chain, i.e. data on the food supply chain in Montenegro, research in case of epidemics (using the Shortest Distance Model) and defining further steps in accordance with the project plan.
The meeting was attended by: the director of the Center, Prof. Aleksandra Martinović and young researchers, Andrea Milačić and Amil Orahovac.
