Prof. Oliver Donard's lecture "Wine Traceability with Advanced Inorganic and Isotopic Signatures"
On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the Entrepreneurial Nest of the University of Donja Gorica, a lecture was held by Prof. Oliver Donard, a member of the French Academy of Sciences and director of a research institute in France.
Prof. Donard visited UDG as part of the TRACEWINDU project dedicated to the wine industry. His decades of experience in determining the authenticity and protection of products, including collaborations with renowned brands such as Champagne and Evian, facilitated an exceptionally interesting and educational lecture.
On the topic of "Wine Traceability with Advanced Inorganic and Isotopic Signatures," Prof. Donard presented the latest technologies and methods for wine identification and protection to the students of the Faculty of Food Technology, Food Safety and Ecology.
We hope that Oliver Donard's lecture served as an inspiration for students to continue their research, innovation, and contributions to the development of the wine industry.
