"Innovative Voucher: Excellence through Partnership – Process Improvement and New Product Development"
The University of Donja Gorica, specifically the Centre of Excellence (FoodHub), in collaboration with the company DM LINE D.O.O., successfully completed activities within the Innovative Voucher program "Excellence through Partnership – Process Improvement and New Product Development" from April to July 2023. The voucher was funded by the Innovation Fund of Montenegro."
The Innovative Voucher program "Excellence through Partnership – Process Improvement and New Product Development" included the following activities:
- Implementation of innovative production technology and expansion of the product range.
- Extended laboratory product analysis to demonstrate product-added value.
- Enhancement of traceability systems in the production process.
All the conducted activities have contributed to the improvement of the production process and the development of new products, ensuring food quality and safety in line with previously defined objectives. These activities enable the company to stand out in the market, create competitive advantages, and adapt to consumer demands. Improving products, processes, and technology contributes to the company's innovation, creating new opportunities for growth, market expansion, and increased profits.
